Current article reviews and analyzes interdependence of input variables of railway point electric heating control system. Problems of inefficient point electric heating control systems are described. Different input variables, their membership functions are described and researched. The inefficiency of use of one universal point electric heating control algorithm is discussed. As a basis of used research, a brief introduction to fuzzy logic is given. Next, as a research of proposed method detailed study of the complex effect of different input parameters is performed to create fuzzy logic model and assess its effectiveness. As a result of simulation, plot in the form of surface view is created that shows strong dependence of snow and temperature variables. Questions of modelling of additional advanced systems in the proposed system's network and the outcome are discussed in conclusion section.
