3D printing is an emerging production method in the engineering area due to its ease, low cost, reduction in waste, fabrication of complicated components and numerous other benefits. It may be done by employing many materials, including metallic and non-metallic materials. The plastic filament used in the 3D printing sector is PLA and also PLA mixed with PHA and PBAT are employed. A study was done employing PLA/PBAT mix with two distinct combinations, which are investigated here. The mechanical qualities, print quality, and various additional characterization and testing procedures are undergone. The optimal combination of PLA and PBAT with PBAT 10 wt.% and PBAT 20 wt.%, the changes seen in PLA when PBAT is blended with PLA, is reviewed in this study. So, the optimal combination can be determined and utilized for creating biodegradable PLA/PBAT blended filament for 3D printing of numerous components, and this observation in these combinations can be detected and a suitable solution can be offered to the filament production area.
