This paper describes temperature distribution contaminant transport model (MT3DMS) in porous media implementation in aspect of applying parallel calculations for time consuming optimizations. The mathematical modeling calculation parallelization problems are connected to algorithm separation on not connected between themselves blocks to calculate them separately. The other problem is connected to physical calculation separations and final result merge from the nodes. The papers shows several enhanced calculation time reducing approaches helped the paper authors to compute defined problems in shorter calculation time than without mentioned optimizations.
