Major changes on the field such as: ever increasing demand for electricity coupled with rapid reduction of non-renewable energy sources, are the challenges that all countries are facing right now. Once it was just a trend, while now the need to switch from traditional cars with internal combustion to Electrical Vehicle (EV), more and more is emerging. There is still no network for charging EV in Kosovo and also the number of EV used is still very low. In this paper new approach of Integrating EV in a (Re) evolutionary way in the Power System of Kosovo is presented. In order to have the most efficient use of energy during the switch to EV, we proposed that charging of the EV to be done at night where there is a surplus of electricity. When we have the least consumption of electricity and use of electricity in the Power System is at its minimal as utilization. Replacing traditional cars with EV in certain quantities (calculations are presented for 4 different scenarios: the integration of 20%, 50%, 75% and 100% of EV) would cause welcomed additional investments in the energy system, would reduce CO2 emissions (calculated for 4 scenarios), and would reduce fuel costs but at the same time it would cause financial damage the fuel companies.
