In the Thesis, the author analyses the globally amassed experience regarding the issues of energy efficiency and demand response. Using this experience along with modern technologies, the author has developed a methodology that makes it possible to use the increasing of energy efficiency as well as demand response for large producers with the aim to diminish electricity costs and the amount of CO2 emissions to the atmosphere.
