The attitude of workers to various factors of working conditions and role of stimulation of work in achievement of the purposes of the enterprise are considered. Data Statistical management show, that two thirds of respondents consider payment of the work not sufficient. At the concrete sewing enterprise by direct oral interrogation working definition and ranging motivation work on their importance is lead. Interrogation has shown, that the greatest dissatisfaction Working is caused with absence such motivation as insurance of health and indemnification of transport charges. The analysis of data of carried out research allows to define the basic recognized and effective motivation which as main components of complex motivational system are necessary for using to the full for concept of interest and self-feedback of employees.
