The book "Renting of residential premises owned by the Municipality", developed by Iveta Amoliņa, Armands Puķītis and Sanda Lapuķe, was prepared according to the content of the study courses "Legal foundations of real estate" and "Fundamentals of organizing real estate prganization and management". It is intended for students of the Institute of Civil Engineering and Real Estate Economics of the Faculty of Engineering Economics and Management of Riga Technical University, who are studying the institute's professional master's study program "Civil Construction and Real Estate Management", the professional bachelor's study program and the 1st level professional study program "Real Estate Management".
