RTU Energy Saving Project in Six Houses in Gulbene; Scientists and Citizens are Debating what is More Important - Saving or Living in Comfort

There are apartment buildings in Gulbene, where you can save energy resources and money in winter. If the residents of the house have nominated and approved their energy manager at the general meeting (which is usually the same authorized person of the apartment owners) and if there is continuous explanation work among the residents, the results are not lacking. With this conviction, a seminar organized by the local municipality in cooperation with Riga Technical University (RTU) took place in Gulbene on March 7.
