In this paper a centroid-based object system has been developed and implemented in manufacturing process for the purpose of object fault recognition, tracking and counting manufactured products passing on conveyer belt. This kind of addition of a subsystem for the manufacturing operation gives a possibility to evaluate product quality, calculate efficiency of the process and time it has been done in.
