The strive of the companies for profit and competitiveness is forcing them to look for more suitable tools and solutions for business development and efficient resource management. The aim of the research is to identify factors that influence the decision and the motivation for quality management system (QMS) implementation as a tool to improve the performance of companies. The research covers a range of companies active in affect the decision to implement a quality management system in a company?" The research objectives are to analyze QMS implementation impacting factors and answer the research question by performing a literature review and analysis, followed by empirical research.
