This text explores the enhancement of Agile team effectiveness through the utilization of metrics, with a specific focus on the concept of 'Flow.' In the context of knowledge work, particularly in Software Development, the ability to visualize and manage workflow is pivotal for achieving quicker and more consistent project delivery. Four core Kanban principles, namely visualizing work, limiting Work in Progress (WIP), concentrating on Flow, and continuous improvement, underpin this approach.
