Decision making of power energy consumption in electrical transport could be done, taking into account such logistic criteria like time and expenses. Analysis of the current situation allows concluding that control of public transport is a complex multi criteria task with a high social and economic importance. Transport is an important consumer of power resources. Consumption of electric energy in transport is more than 2,5 % in Latvia of the total consumption. In the article the author suggests sequence of a transport mean, transporting passengers taking into account purposes of the passengers according to logistic criteria, scheduling theory methods and bin packing and suggests a procedure for effective improvement of electric power and diesel fuel use.
