These days, digitization is a crucial component that makes it possible to connect people and technology. [1]. To increase the effectiveness and efficiency of tax administration, policymakers should expedite the digital transformation process. [2]. One of the critical advantages of digitizing the tax administration process is the ability to save time and resources in today's busy lives. [3]. At the heart of the digital transformation in tax administration is a paradigm shift in attitudes towards the taxpayer, the tax collection process, and the technologies used. The object of digital transformation is the interaction of human, processes and technologies. In turn, the subject of digital transformation is personnel performance, process automation and technology productivity. The aim of the study is to assess what would be the most effective measures for a successful digital transformation in tax administration. The research hypothesis is that a modern digital transformation in tax administration should be base
