Electro-optical Modulator is a pivotal photonic device in optical communication and other applications like optical processing and sensing. This paper investigates the elelectro-optical modulator as a biological sensor to cover a wide range of frequencies and avoids the disadvantages of the sensors using metal antenna if the reversal manner of sensing optical fields is detected by electrical signal generation. This paper also proposes novel methods to use the device in a low-threshold sensitivity procedure.
