            Artificial neural networks have recently garnered growing interest from
researchers as powerful tools for addressing various challenges, particularly in
modeling the intricate dynamics of brain behavior. The dynamics of a continuoustime recurrent neural network are governed by a system of coupled ordinary differential equations with sigmoid nonlinearity, such as the hyperbolic tangent.
