Nowadays, it is impossible to imagine companies functioning without completely digitalizing all business processes. Digital transformation is crucial for the growth and sustainability of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), making cyber resilience a critical issue. Given that cyber threats to SMEs evolve as fast as digital transformation, maintaining a robust cyber resilience that rapidly responds to evolving risks has become as crucial as addressing cybersecurity. The main research question is: What are the key factors influencing the cyber resilience of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) during their sustainable digital transformation process? Reviewing existing literature, the study identifies technological, organizational, external, and economic factors as the main drivers of SME cyber resilience. The study employs a systematic, content-based literature review approach.
