To save a production in Latvia, and also in connection with the considerable vibrations of orders volumes for sewing goods, it is needed to understand that it is not possible to work with the old methods of work and it is needed to think for the exchange of type of work`s organization. In the first quarter of 2008 research in Latvia`s sewing factory is executed, in which is organized teams work for the production of the brasses. There are uniting 5 - 7 persons in one group. They are using for necessities of sewing lines purchased sewing machines. The awareness of characterizing of organization for team`s work is executed, contrasting them to characterizing of sewing line`s work. The device of area of team`s work is examined, loading of the machines is appraised in all of period of test. There are analysed the total team`s and worker`s productivity dependence from the team’s completion, from the size of orders and from labour intensiveness of the made models. The generalized information about advantages of team work by comparison to the form of work organization for sewing lines induces all more spacious in sewing companies to utilize the methods of commands work.
