In the work problems of existence of the small textile enterprises are in detail considered. The textile enterprise which is chosen develops textile products basically from a woollen and half-woollen yarn on manual weaving looms. Work of the enterprise can be characterized as changeable. With the purpose of improvement of a situation the analysis of assortment is lead. Using substantive provisions of the theory of fabric structure of professor Novikov, key parameters which are necessary for calculation of refuelling parameters at development of fabrics with the set properties were determined. Various ways of expansion of developed fabric assortment are offered. The developed practical offers on use of information technologies open to the enterprise the way for external contacts. In the work concrete recommendations on successful development of enterprise activity are given.
