Novel classes of orthogonal (orthonormal) Decomposition Recons-truction Filter(s) (DeReFs) are presented. Described DeReFs work similarly to classical Haar or other DeReFs (e.g. wavelets filters). But, the present filters use generalized Haar transforms (Rotation Angle based Haar-like transforms – RA HT) in contrast to the well known Haar DeReFs. Additionally, RA HT DeReFs behave like parametrical devices in dependency on rotation angles (parameters). The filters can be used for both extraction and rejection of arbitrary signals. An example of extraction of the single pulse-like signal by the Constant RA HT (CRA HT) filter is provided. Preliminary results show a noticeable improvement of extraction in comparison to the classical Haar DeReF.
