In the current research secondary PVC is purposefully modified with a wide range of different toughening agents (i.e., pure plasticizer, plasticized polyvinylchloride, chlorinated polyethylene, urethane elastomer). Manufacturing and reprocessing technologies of the PVC based compositions have been worked out. Wide range of exploitation properties, i.e., mechanical, thermomechanical and thermal behaviour, of the composites has been investigated. Results of the investigation show that elastomeric additive successfully allow to improve stress-strain and impact properties of the investigated compositions.
