Nowadays in many spheres of life a tendency exists to move from old data sources, like paper, to newer ones – digital. In education system this tendency also exists, at the first time students where making works on a computer and handing on paper, but nowadays teachers started to accept works in digital format, so there is no need to use paper anymore. In this work authors are creating solution that will help teachers a lot with maintaining work with practical tasks. Authors are defining default steps of this process, and steps that can be done automatically. As the result will provide teacher with a fast and easy to manage software that automates student work check at maximum.
