In this paper system work correction method, with implementation in medicine, is described. Developed arterial hypertension most effective two therapy combination detection method. Previously developed therapy influence modeling approach, which was based on pathogenesis topological model. Topological model projects knowledge of systems internal elements. Within the framework of the work, system efficiency parameters are used. These parameters can estimate correction usefulness and allows comparing systems corrections. Previously developed system had some disadvantages. The most important disadvantage was computer systems manual manner, user had to check some therapies and then select most effective. Mostly the best therapy wasn’t included in users selected therapies. New developed computer system performs modeling and examines all therapies and two therapy combinations. Systems work correction (improvements of AH pathogenesis) solution is detected by using ranging procedure by one of three efficiency coefficients. Computer system also includes module which estimates therapy connection to patients’ side diseases. The recommendation is provided by using production laws logic. Developed system also have topological model editing option, which provides further progression of model.
