In paper the mathematical model of economic estimation of measures on modernization of transformer equipment are given. This task is solved under the conditions of a deficit of the investments in the Latvian Power Company. The total annual discounted costs for transformer whole life cycle are the objective function for estimation of measures on modernization of transformer equipment. In particular mathematical model the replacement of regulator of a voltage under loading or its parts is considered as the measures.
