The Chose of a Pilot Project for Raising the Efficiency of the Energy Use and Minimaising Harmful Emissions

The aim of the research is to work out a methodological basis for the choice of a pilot project in order to specify the assessment calculations of the thermal parameters of buildings. A calculus for the use of an energy audit computer programme is given for a detailed pilot project selected to evaluate the technical and economical parameters of energy saving measures in buildings.
