Electromagnetic Compatibility in Wireless Local Area Networks Based on 802.11g Standard

The issue of electromagnetic compatibility in wireless network based on 802.11 and 802.16 standards which influences the change of information transmission rate is considered. This work presents an attempt to make an experimental determination of effect of interference between independent neighboring networks (in 802.11 standard) and resulted distortions of digital signals and changing of their transmission rates.
