There are analysis of reasons and description of obstructive factors in labour safety development in the article. It is concluded that there are difficulties of timeliness and efficiency of safety in different companies. There is lack of financial resources for small and medium enterprises for organization of workshops and instructions of employees. At the same time in large companies labour safety regulations are without a distinctive personality and hard to manage. For both small and large enterprises we can observe impact of routine, i.e. safety and protective precautions become formal and occasional. The question about integration of information systems in enterprise with labour safety system is described in final part of the article. These systems will help to provide company with in time labour safety activities and increasing of overall efficiency. Conclusions and recommendations presented in the article have practical background. The novelty of the article is the recommendation to introduce the risk management system software that is electronically administrated, namely, to join in the electronically administrated system the equipment, the automatic access systems, the working time registration and the labour safety systems.
