For Latvia to reach the European Union (hereinafter - EU) and the World Growth and Jobs Strategy goals, the Latvian workforce is range in the European Union and the world's best people, ie, must be well educated and trained, as well as their skills to meet the knowledge-based economy needs to continue its progress. For Latvia as EU member states achieve their own compliance with local labor and the labor market, the learning process must not be interrupted at the time when the closed primary, secondary or university door - it has become a habit throughout their lives. Since the market is constantly introducing new products, is taking over the new technology and processes, industrial sectors and enterprises redevelopment, becoming more competitive, and regional and national economies competing in the global market, Latvia's labor force is to adapt to an environment where change is a natural process and it will always be a need for new skills.
