The role of the construction branch in suistaibale urban development In achievment of the purposes of suistainable development of the state under the greatest threats there are cities in which live approximately 80 % of inhabitants of the Europe and in which the social and environmental problems are most widerspread. Townspeople collide with an overpopulation and the problems connected with it: traffic, pollution, dust, and also with influence of the given problems on health and quality of a life of a society. In the decision of these problems it is very important to use opportunities of suistainable construction. Suistainable construction it is somethingmore than construction of new houses, offices and factories. It means engineering and technical risks, change of a climate and harm from pollution of city. It means, that it is necessary to stimulate builders and designers to use suistainable methods and materials in construction to reduce noise, troubles and quantity of waste in cities.
