Efficiency Assment of Innovative Vacuum Coatings for the Protection of Gas Turbine Powerplant Parts from High-Temperature Gas Corrosion
Proceedings of LMA 8th International Conference "Maritime Transport and Infrastructure - 2006" 2006
Aleksandrs Urbahs, Konstantins Savkovs, Vladislavs Ņesterovskis

Developed and testing ionic plasma for the protect and imrove properties of details for gas-turbine engines, such as blades of turbine. Resistance blades of turbine engine to high temperature oxidation with the coating "IMCER" improve in 5..15 times, to high temperature gas corrosion in 2..3 times. This coating created on Al-Ti base, content ceramic and metal parts.

Keywords
