This paper recognizes the computation independent nature of a Topological Functioning Model (TFM) and suggests it to be used as the Computation Independent Model (CIM) within Model Driven Architecture (MDA). To step towards the completeness of MDA and partially automate system analysis the Topological Functioning Model for Model Driven Architecture (TFM4MDA) method is considered. A project of implementing TFM4MDA as a TFM Construction Tool is planned and suggested. There is no analogue for such a tool; TFM4MDA method is new, progressive and still in its development stage. This is a large scale project, so first a prototype of the tool is developed as a proof of concept using the leverage of the Eclipse platform and its MDA conformable frameworks.
