Contemporary information technology evolution level makes increased demands to the information systems users. The user becomes the most important factor for the efficient using of information systems, therefore the human factor should be taken into consideration already in the period of the information system design. Proceeding from the new systemic comprehension of information technologies, the Paper proposes to design systems having structured thereof after the information technology implementation factors. Two major factors can be emphasized: humane and non-humane. The subject, motivation and organizational aspects are attributed to the humane factor. The information, technical and business aspects are attributed to the non-humane factor. This system structuring gives an opportunity to have the information, communication and behavioral aspects within the decision-making process reflected integrally in the system design assignments. Interaction of these aspects serves to raise the efficiency of the information systems. The Paper defines the content design assignments for each aspect and shows its significance and place within the designed system life cycle.
