The paper provides a survey on activities of the main international organizations in the field of simulation. In particular, The Federation of European Simulation Societies EUROSIM and The Society for Modeling and Simulation International SCS are considered, as well as a number of European national societies. Major international simulation conferences are discussed (e.g., WSC, ECMS, I3M, EUROSIM Congress and INFORMS Annual Meeting). The major simulation journals are listed.
