The given work is about important factor research which effects manufacture payment on each detail. The basic of resource is detail sheet metal with thickness to two millimeters not more than ten thousand. Obtained information in work gives information about which technologies choose to make details from sheet metal. In analytical part executed experiment with different thickness and materials. An obtained information about minimal hole sizes, which can be made by punching where punching function are made by elastic material. In work are annualized about equipment advanceman. Improved mold sample was introduced in manufactory process in result was improved qualities of details. In result of work was made technological analyze. Obtained conclusions about punching technology in which forming and cutting function makes elastic material. Obtained conclusions about technological process advantages and vantage compare with traditional punch technology.
