The assessment of the state regions' competitiveness in the country is one of the most topical problems. Nowadays, there are 2 acute social problems within the state regions: first, the insufficient number of social workers; and second, their educational stand. The concludion is that the lower is the educational level of social workers, the worse is the competitiveness of those regions.
