In because with successes of information technology in the field of the control and management electro-mechanical (mechatronics) systems, great interest of inventors and scientists it is turned to creation of underwater robots. To this theme it is devoted as the given job on studying and creation of the robot of fish. Thus the research overall objective is directed on studying of possibilities of use rubber - reinforced elements in creation of the case, tail and fins of the robot of fish. As studying problem rubber - reinforced elements in space of three co-ordinates and time with difficult managements and boundary conditions very difficult only the one-dimensional problem of the analysis of forces of statics rubber-metal element of tail of the robot here is considered.
