In order to validate an adaptive e-learning course scenario, a number of test cases have to be designed and executed. For complex course models this task can be challenging. Automation techniques can be used to both generate and execute test cases to make course scenario validation easy. This paper describes an algorithm of test case generation for validation of course scenarios supported by an e-learning system developed at Riga Technical University. A description of course models supported by the system is provided and implementation of the algorithm is briefly outlined.
