There are no investigations done in Latvia related with the ergonomical risks impact on employees in the logistic enterprise. Therefore, it was important to observe health problems caused by ergonomical risks and to analyze ergonomic risks and their impact on work ability. The general risk degree, as well as the workload hardiness category was evaluated and work ability index was estimated. Preventive measurements was worked out.
