With aim of the determination of difference between both bulk crystal and quantum size structure and explanation of nature of this phenomena, low temperature photoluminiscence at T=5 K was studied. It was found that formation of nanostructure on a surface of crystal leads to shift of exciton band to low wavelength of spectrum. This effect is explained by present of Exciton quantum confinement effect in nanostructures.
