Efficiency of Quality and Environmental Management System

The author has developed an enhanced methodology to assess the effectiveness of quality management system in the enterprise. The methodology is based on the standard formula for determining the total costs of quality assurance, but it is supplemented by aspects related to ensuring the quality of the environment. The effectiveness of quality and the environment management system has been tested by the construction industry enterprises. To more completely and accurately assess the effectiveness of the system have been developed structure of the workflow and the table of environmental aspects of a specific enterprise. Proposed by author advanced technique only one approach, how an enterprise can easily and clearly display all costs associated with quality assurance and environmental protection.
