This article offers solution for the problem of efficiency evaluation of steganalysis methods. It describes nature of steganalysis, which is connected with steganography, as well as several types of steganalysis. System for evaluating efficiency of steganalysis methods was elaborated on the base of this description. 10 properties are defined during the development stage; they are called the criteria of the evaluation system. Every criterion is characterised with value which can be calculated by usage of given formulas. Achieved results are represented as a diagram. After graphical analysis it is possible to compute values of efficiency by calculating the area of the diagram. In the end the application of the elaborated system is shown in test example.
