In this work, it is proposed a high-performance method for the shape optimization of elements of practical industrial objects. First example is hollow block, which is often used in building. The hollow block shape is searched with consideration of material consumption for strength and thermo insulation. Second example is equipment for the stresses monitoring of wagon or locomotive wheel pair. Founded optimal shape of removable disk for fastening of equipment allowing realization of the measurements for the monitoring of freight wagon or locomotive system wheel–railing using standard wheel pair is elaborated.
