A new branch has appeared in the world practice of modern logistics and marketing – it is retail management. The main task of this branch is a management of exact deliveries for city and international transportations. Especially it is necessary to designate local deliveries where routes have set of variable factors in traffic and unloading processes. Local trade development has entailed requirements to deliver needed production to the enterprises and retail dealerat the strictly established moment of time. If not to observe the accuracy factor, as a result negative effect expresses as follows: inventory handling costs increase by a storeholding if delivery occurs till appointed time orit is the backlog demand in casе, if deliveryis too late. Intensity of cities traffic congestions are not constant; they may change on the particular hours or week’s days. So, it is impossible to use usual mathematic methods for route planning It is important to consider that unloading time requires half and more of the circular drop out routes total time. To plan the unloading time more effective, it is possible to divide served objects into groups depending on unloading conditions. It allows to divide served objects also on necessary goods loading time
