Development of Biochip Robot
2010
Atis Vilkājs, Sergejs Djacenko, Jānis Vība

The given work is involving with direct and concrete point, like: a projection and production of real equipment, what can be successful realized at world market. This equipment is bio-chip robot. It can be used at biomedical laboratories, that to carry out a delicate and complicate analysis. That’s why at work is mention what is this functions and what kind of analysis robot needs to deal with. A robot action range is with a refined exactness, with the possible error to 0,01 mm. The choice of materials, their utility, is careful estimated till with it, loading endurance to the given work circumstances and longevity. The necessary electric guidance system, which provides the necessary motion exactness, is also understood similarly. That design equipment, before is define the main task, criterions and parameters, what will make cost price. The equipment is projected at Solid Work program, were materials is strict appraise and define precision class. Constructing equipment, such main tasks are decided this intention: analysis of parameters of the being analogical devices. This determine of the strong and weak halves. Choice of charts of the optimum structural decisions; construction of the mechanical serve determine, depending on construction exactness and requirements of sizes; accessible and of price optimum completing details from the catalogue of the produce constructions (bearings, belts, cog-wheels, screw-bolt etc.); making of constructions and design in the Solid Work program; determine of exactness classes and admittances the produce details; making of complete sets of drafts making of devices and fold; betray of drawings production making of details; construction fold and documentation necessary correction. At final result is create such equipment, with define it parameters. Further details do not to make public of company confidentiality
