Since 1995 , when the support mehanism for decentralized energy producers was introduced in the Latvian legal acts , there has been adevelopment in this business activity in Latvia.The price at which elektricity from producers of decentralized elektricity is purchased is determined by price formulas ,in wich the the natural gas tariff is a factor.The Share of COEP in the average final elektricity price was 9 -12% , respectively.
