Environmental management is one of the environment pollution reduction tools. Environmental management is part of the concept of strategic management and involves safe management of economic activities that helps attain optimal correlation with efficient environmental protection. The analysis of environmental management results helps administration make successfully tactical and strategic decisions. It is very important to estimate efficiency of environmental management, to realize efficiency indicators and to develop estimation indicators. In article reflect questions connected to efficiency of environmental management and to definition of its indicators were done. Gains from the environmental management system implementation at the enterprise, indicators of efficiency of environmental management are classified. The content of functions of ecological management, their ranging and estimation scale of functions realization volume is considered. In article author offers an estimation technique of level of environmental management which can be used as one of evaluation stages of an overall performance of the enterprise in the field of environmental management. The estimation technique of efficiency of environmental management which is offered by the author has qualitative character and it can be concretised during development of environmental management, in view of specificity of the enterprise.
