Academic employment of the topic “Impact of Geophysical Factors to Demographic Processes and Dimensional Structure of the Human Habitat” requires preparing of informative materials on abnormal gravitation field in Latvia intended to generate the ecological and geophysical map. This map will allow accounting of the magnetic field impact to population in the dimensional planning and improving the demographic figures. The thesis elucidates the nature of the Latvian abnormal gravitation field: gravitation anomaly parameters, dimensions, stress, horizontal gradients as well as average stress level and average horizontal gradients of the gravitation force. Abnormal gravitation field structure is characterized in the conclusion. There are distinguished and described two types of abnormal regions: 1) of positive gravitation force anomaly (Liepāja-Alūksne and Rietumlatgale); 2) of negative gravitation force anomaly (Rīga, Austrumlatgale, Aknīste-Jēkabpils), which are characterized by three local and regional scale anomalies: a) high intensity; b) average intensity; c) weak intensity. Multinational scientific researches about intense impact of abnormal gravitation field evidence that intensive positive abnormal gravitation field produce positive effect to the human body. Results of this study allow to advice locations for new inhabited areas and old residential areas for reconstruction in the positive abnormal gravitation field.
