Program Set МUSTANG Use in the Dispatch Control for the United EPS Regimes

The forming of new models and technologies for immediate dispatching control under the conditions of the electric power markets functioning and the international integration of electric power systems (EPS) is the vital problem of contemporary stage for world engineering development. In this work on the base of using the known program set MUSTANG and the SCADA information base the procedure of the forming the electrical regimes by the assigned conditions for the electric power systems (EPS) operation, or for the separate regions of EPS or for the intersystem connections is developed. The procedure is used in Latvenergo Dispatch Control Department operation for the solution of such problems as planning, analysis and the synthesis of regimes, daily strength reports, control measurements and so forth. The synthesis of the electrical network regimes can be achieved on real data - telemetry and telesignals, and also from the parameters, which is given in the form of tables or files.For simulation and investigating different situations from the retrospective and for the prospect in the complex system is separated the region being investigated, for which are formed the condition of the task in the form of the task of the controlled parameters, such as overflows along the intersystem lines or over the sections, the load, generation, balance of power systems and so on, changing which determine other parameters of regime, selected by production engineers. For simulation and investigating the different situations from the retrospective and for the prospect it is formed the conditions in the form of the controlled parameters, such as overflows along the intersystem lines or over the sections, the load power, the generation power, the power balance of the EPS, and so forth, whose changing is determined by other regime parameters, selected by engineers. The approval of algorithm and procedure was considered on the real test model for EPS of the Baltic States, Belorussia and Russia for the problems of regimes planning between the Latvian EPS, and Lithuanian EPS
