The article deals with microeconomics concept of company’s sustainable development. The authors are developing this concept as a new paradigm in company’s management showing a pyramid of company’s sub-systems in the context of sustainability. Authors define factors supporting sustainable development of a company as well as principles of sustainability. In the article it is pointed out on the complexity of the category of sustainability. It was noted that small and medium-sized companies don’t implement the principles of sustainability and suffer more in the crisis time.
