Technical, social and economical areas of hazardous waste management system in Latvia, as well as in whole Europe have to be constantly flexibly and dinamicaly improved and controlled. It’s necessary to take into account the scale of hazardous waste and its processing operations extensive influence on state economic indicators, to make justified conclusions and create econometric model of basic indicative and fruitful indicators of hazardous waste generation and management. It’s necessary philosophically-theoretical justification to choose appropriate technically-economical methods of hazardous waste management and evaluation of its effectiveness.
