The topicality of the article concerns today’s problems in construction field. The article reflects on classification of risks and some kinds of risks in construction. The of methods of risk management in construction industry are analysed as well. The construction industry has its own technically economic features in field of risks. There are such types of risk, which greatly influence the entrepreneurial activities of conststruction enterprises.
